A 1-minute walk from Exit 3 of Kojimachi Station on the Yurakucho subway line. With our motto of “freshly split, freshly steamed, freshly grilled,” enjoy tender kabayaki grilled with our secret sauce. Our courses featuring premium “Kyosui Unagi,” raised with time and care, and dishes incorporating seasonal ingredients have also been well received. 2023 update. The cooking method for this restaurant is a little different and healthier from the usual charcoal grilled way. I was introduced to this taste and now prefer this instead. Although reservations will not be generally accepted, the short wait is absolutely worth the quality and tastes on offer. My recommendation would be lunch, best enjoyed with an ice cold Asahi Super Extra Cold that is also served here.

Food is ok, but portions are small, bleak ambience. Service is good, but the last order is at 20:00. We wanted to order more at 19:55 - and our order was not taken. Maybe for lunch it’s ok, but I would not recommend this place for dinner.

Good unagi place. Fluffy and not too expensive during lunch. A lot of different size and prices.

This restaurant is very charming, the dwelling looks like it has traditional heritage. The unagi dishes are fantastic, there's not that much variety on the menu (especially the English one) but it's very much a case of doing few things and doing them well. Even though most of the clientel are Japanese, the friendly staff speaks enough English for non Japanese speakers to enjoy their visit.
