🍜 Akihabara/Suehirocho Ramen | 秋葉原ラーメン わいず🍜 わいず’s ramen, maintained for over 20 years. “I want to eat it, but there isn’t one nearby.” “You can’t get a seat without lining up.” We have received support from so many customers that we hear comments like these. As we continue expanding both in Japan and overseas, our entire staff will keep passionately serving bowls made with everything we’ve got. 🍜 Akihabara/Suehirocho Ramen | Akihabara Ramen Wise 🍜 Wise's ramen has been preserved for over 20 years.

call of the day: kata, futsuu, futsuu pretty good iekei ramen with rich and thick soup. the flavour is what you expect from an iekei place with a very full body. the noodles were short, medium thick, and slightly curled and has a nice chew. the chashu was very smokey and have a good bite to it. a good iekei spot that hits the spot

I dined for a late dinner one night. Noritama ramen came with lots of nori, tough and chewy chasu, a mound of spinach, thick rubbery noodles, green onions, and a soft boiled egg in thick and extremely salty broth. Cooks were having a wonderful time on their cell phone but did start cooking once I ordered. I don’t necessarily blame them since the restaurant was empty for the entirety of the time I was there. Thank you for the meal.

Nice tsukemen-dipping noodles and ramen restaurant, near Akihabara and Suehirocho station. Soup is very thick, featuring pork bone, chicken broth and kombu-kelp. It's full of umami and a bit spicy. Thick and springy noodle goes with the soup well. You can choose amount from 200g/300g/400g at the same price. When you finished the first half of the noodle, you can add seasonings (lemon juice, black pepper, garlic paste, etc.) to enjoy how the taste changes. Chashu-roasted pork is great. It is not fully cooked as usual, thus texture is soft, juicy and chewy. Price is acceptable. Cash only.

3/5 for Japan Standard 7/5 for Sydney Standard I have visited this store multiple times, but I feel like the quality is dropping from a 4 to 3.5, or I just get higher standard. Still recommend to go, it is still quite good.
