The biggest feature of Menya Musashi Iwatora is, above all, its large, eye-catching char siu bacon. Pork belly is marinated for several days in a house-made char siu sauce and smoked over perfectly controlled heat. It's seared on an iron griddle before serving, making it a hearty dish packed with pork umami. It also pairs outstandingly with the rich seafood-tonkotsu double soup and the extra-thick, springy, chewy straight noodles. Once you try it, you're sure to be hooked. The standout feature of Menya Musashi Iwatora is undoubtedly its massive, flavorful ch…

Incredible ramen ! Chef’s selection is what you want if you don’t really know what you are looking for. Pick the first entry of this selection and you’ll get an idea of what’s a ramen. No real interaction but every seat gives you a nice view of the chief in action.

When you are here, definitely go for the recommended tsukemen. Different flavour from the standard ramen and tasted so yummy. The noodles here are great value for money!

was hesitant to try it since it is an international chain now and i didnt have good impression from its overseas location but im surprised at how good this was, definitely cravable, thick and flavorful soup and the noodle is the right thickness to have a good chew without raw center. i went back for the ramen because i saw someone else ordering it and it was a very delicious bowl of jiro-style ramen. be prepared for a very salty soup and strong garlic flavor, not for the beginners but a solid bowl if you know what to expect. Went back another time to try the mazesoba and it is my favorite by far, especially when mixed with the tabasco powder. i wish theres more garlic and more beansprouts

The meals are reasonably sized and priced, while the soup boasts a rich flavor without any greasy heaviness. The taste of pork is not dry. Additionally, the noodles have the perfect texture, avoiding being overly soft.

Review from a Singaporean! This is way better than the franchise back home - the flavours are not salty till it's cloying but this might not be something for someone with a lighter palate. I ordered the Large portion of noodles and I kinda regret I didn't go for the crazy portions of 1.5-2.5x because it was that good. The noodles were thicker than your average ramen but it totally pairs with the heaviness of the tsukemen sauce. Even the toppings; beansprouts, thick pieces of chashu, and the yolky centre egg. Everything just hit the spot. Apologies to the staff, who I didn't even make a sound to due to the language barrier! The food and service was great, thank you for the meal! Sending appreciation through this review ✌🏻
