Akihabara UDX is a large mixed-use building established as a central facility in Akihabara. It combines diverse functions, including restaurants, showrooms, the multipurpose event space 「アキバ・スクエア」, and parking. Centered around the restaurant area, 「アキバ・イチ」 evokes the energy and bustle of 「やっちゃば」, the fruit and vegetable market that once stood in the old downtown area of Akihabara, creating a welcoming space where people naturally gather.

We visited the seafood restaurant here (源ちゃん). They have fried and raw fare, however we decided to go with the fried fish set. The seafood was very fresh and perfectly cooked, and the portion was absolutely monstrous for what we paid (about ¥1050 each). I personally could not finish the whole meal although I gave it my best. This is definitely one of my top meals in Japan so far.

View on GoogleAt least in my opinion this is the best Akiba ramen/ramens you'll get. But this is my opinion and taste. I've tried the trip advisor recommended ramen shops in Akiba yet I found myself going here the most. Something about the eggs that Tonkotsu Ramen Jinanbo's Ramen makes make it stand out, the brooth too has a fantastic taste. While I didn't enjoy the other too as much as Jinanbo Naokyu and En are fantastic too!
