Don't go if you are hungry. The portions are extremely small. A 1000 yen japanese stews come effectively with 2 pieces of potatoes, and a half of tomato and 2 tiny slices of meat. Beside this a 500 yen rice comes in triangles like a 7-eleven onigiri. Also I had a sashimi which came with 6 small slices of fish and 2 tiny pieces of octopus for 3000 yen. Overall the food was ok not wow for the prices and sizes. Only one plus is the location in a old house "traditional restaurant".
View on GoogleLooks like a really nostalgic place and has been on my bucket list for a while. Unfortunately they turned us away at 6pm on a Friday, saying it's full, while there are four seats empty right in front of us and no reservation signs. My guess is they might not prefer to serve foreigners during dinner rush hours. But who knows, places like this can take a bit luck to get into unless one has an East Asian face and speaks fluent Japanese.
View on GoogleOur experience was quite nice. We were served even though the place was crowded that day and there was storm outside. They have english menu and english "explanation" for gaijins. Food was good, drinks were good, service was respectfull and we paid same as in menu. The place itself is very authentic. We give 5* because we appreciate the fact they served us well
View on GoogleDelicious food and prompt service. Ordering is via tablet and there are several language options. On the 6th floor (take the elevator on the right).
View on GoogleWe are refused to enter in the restaurant with there were plenty seats available. The man was so rude. He refused to communicate.
