I visited on a Sunday around 1 PM, and it wasn't too busy—likely because the Tokyo Marathon made the area a bit tricky to navigate. We ordered the chicken nanban and the oyakodon, both of which were really tasty and high quality. They also sell a variety of souvenirs from Aomori, which was a nice touch. The prices were reasonable, and we really enjoyed our meal. I will definitely be back again!

Such a pleasant find! We were looking for a place that’s open. Went at 830pm - they told us last order was 830pm. We ordered 2 rounds of Kakubin highball (not on the menu but you can request cos they have whiskey), and ordered chicken meatball (add egg yolk). We also ordered kaku chips (so special!) and egg omelette either minced meat. Fantastic!

日比谷で知人との会食まで少し時間があったので、気になっていたエイトベースへ立ち寄りました。店内には八戸の名産品が数多く並び、食品から工芸品まで見応えがあり、歩いているだけでも旅行気分を味わえます。 特に印象に残ったのが、八戸近郊の高校出身者の皆さんが自由に書き込めるノートです。東京で活躍している卒業生のメッセージがたくさん残されていて、こんなにも多くの方が東京で頑張っているのかと驚きました。地域とのつながりを大切にしている温かさが感じられ、思わず読み込んでしまいました。 商品を並べるだけではなく、八戸の魅力や人とのつながりまで伝わる工夫がされているのが素敵です。短い滞在でしたが、心がほっこりする時間を過ごせました。日比谷で少し時間がある時に、またゆっくり立ち寄りたいと思える魅力あふれるスポットです。
