なぜ蕎麦にラー油を入れるのか。秋葉原2号店Naze Soba Ni Raa Abura Wo Ire Runoka Akihabara 2 Go Mise
A novel, unconventional dipping sauce: our own house-blended chili oil added to a rich, sweet-and-spicy soup custom-made for our shop using soba-shop kaeshi. The soba is our signature house-made noodle that other shops can't imitate, finished with a rugged, satisfyingly chewy texture not found elsewhere and that holds its own against ramen noodles. Topped with heaps of green onion, sesame, and nori, it's a soba that's fun to look at and whets the appetite. We've crafted it into a dish that will satisfy even the most devoted ramen lover.

Plain looking but we really enjoyed the soba noodles. Hearty dish, reasonable price and the source had extra kick I really liked. We tried afterwards few other places with buckwheat noodles but this one was the one we missed.
View on GoogleFantastic little soba noodle shop. Stumbled across looking for lunch. So glad we did! Soba dipping sauce is rich, spicy and very flavoursome. I ordered the medium tempura prawn soba and it was huge! Such generous servings. The place is tight but it is to be expected. No waiting just put your money in the machine, ordered and got our orders in. Food came out for the four of us quickly. Fantastic!
View on GoogleFirst time to try soba and wanted to dine there again. The soup was a little salty but you can adjust how you dip it. Would definitely go back there.
View on GoogleBeef soba. Unbelievable texture and flavor in the tsuyu. They put a scoop of chili oil by default- you can tell them to skip the chili oil if you catch them when giving the ticket. Free raw egg to kick up the tsuyu if you can hack it. Definitely a stop worth trying.
View on GoogleThe soba was cold and hard ,so was the soup , after ordering they pull out a card which says one can't share a meal they just ordered and have to order two or do a take out which also costs extra. The Shrimp 🍤 Tempura is what gave the 3 stars, it was actually a 5 star thing.
