Service: 5 Value: 5 Food: 4 Comfort: 2 Lovely little neighborhood spot. Homey feel with friendly, punctual service. The food is quite good. Simple items done well, no frills just a focus on great taste. Highly to recommend the nankotsu (which is knuckle not breast) and the torikawa (perfectly crisp). The only knock is we came during the worst heat wave and the upstairs was pretty hot and lacking in AC. However, our little girls had so much fun with the books and coy space. Highly, highly recommend this for a relaxing dinner out with family or friends.

I haven't had the liver🥺 The food comes out quickly, the sasami is delicious, and I was surprised to find a restaurant like this in a place like this. I had other things too, but didn't take photos🥺 The meat spring rolls and sasami (momiji oroshi) are delicious. The white liver pâté is exquisite! The wasabi was hot, the sesame sauce was a bit underwhelming, but the sasami was fantastic😃 I'll try the liver next time.

It was incredibly delicious! If you live nearby or happen to be in Komagome, I recommend it because the quality exceeds the price! The background music was nostalgic Showa-era songs. I wouldn't recommend it to people who like stylish restaurants, but I was satisfied with every dish, including, of course, the binchotan-grilled yakitori! I usually prefer salted yakitori, but the tare sauce was delicious too. My particular favorite was the cherry tomato roll (wrapped in pork), and my companion said the Yanaka ginger was delicious. We had a lovely time.

It's a good place to experience the local atmosphere The menu is only in Japanese, and payment is cash only! I think it's best to decide what to order before you go!
