At 寄り処つむぎ, I had horse sashimi, oden, and pork-wrapped lettuce. For the oden, I chose daikon and hanpen. The broth-soaked daikon and fluffy hanpen were perfect with sake. The pork-wrapped lettuce lets you enjoy the savory pork and the lettuce's texture. The horse sashimi paired easily with drinks too, so I enjoyed various dishes while sipping sake. I'd like to return when I want to enjoy food and drinks in a relaxed setting🍶

The horse sashimi is fresh and very delicious. I used to dislike horse liver, but theirs was so good it changed my mind, haha. The staff are thoughtful, and I always have so much fun I lose track of time. It's an extremely comfortable izakaya.

First, I had the 2-kind horse sashimi assortment of lean meat・コウネ🐴✨ It was truly exquisite😭❤️ The lean meat was moist, tender, and packed with flavor✨ コウネ had just the right fatty sweetness and was amazing with ginger or garlic🤤💕 If you like horse sashimi, you absolutely have to try this✨ The octopus starter surprised me too🐙✨ Its springy texture and just-right saltiness went beyond starter level🥹💕 Wanting some vegetables too, I ordered 万願寺とうがらしの煮浸し🌶️✨ It was topped with plenty of shirasu and soaked through with gentle dashi🥰 You can't go wrong with a place that makes dishes like this so well💕 The 豚のレタス・エリンギ巻き impressed me even more🥬🍄✨ The savory meat, crunchy lettuce, and king oyster mushroom texture were fantastic👏✨ It's become a favorite menu item that I absolutely want you to order if you visit😍💕 For drinks, I had プレモル and 銀白🍺✨ They paired perfectly with the food, and I couldn't help keeping the drinks coming🤣💕 Everything was carefully prepared and delicious—a place drink lovers won't be able to resist🥹❤️
