Found this shop by chance. I was walking around Kasuga then. I needed to kill time while waiting for an appointment so I tried it out. The owner was really polite and welcoming. Interior was cute and it gave off a homey feeling. Not too fond of the staff (or owner’s relative?) smoking inside the place. But overall, if you want to chill or just have a quiet afternoon tea or coffee, this place is okay.

The tea and hot chocolate were really good and prepared with care, the atmosphere was calm and cosy. The owner was really kind.

I found this place while absolutely starving on my way back from Koishikawa Botanical Garden. It was almost 14, but I had ポークカレー for lunch. A mini salad and miso soup were included for 800円‼︎ I was happy the curry came with rakkyo and fukujinzuke. It wasn't too spicy, mild enough that children could probably eat it. The spices were pronounced too, leaving a nice aftertaste. Apparently you can also get coffee for an extra 200円. Lunch seemed to be ending, so I left without having any this time. Next time I visit, I'd like to relax and enjoy some coffee too. I don't smoke, but smoking seems to be allowed.

I ordered 唐揚げ定食 for lunch. The karaage had a nice ginger flavor and was delicious. I also appreciated the small side dishes, such as ohitashi. The interior was clean with a calm atmosphere.
