Delicious and chill atmosphere

Ordered assorted skewers and chicken ochazuke. It had been a long time since I found a place whose yakitori made me think, this is delicious!! You can't go wrong with anything you order. When I ordered chicken ochazuke at the end, it came topped with rare chicken, and that was exquisitely delicious too ^_^ I rarely get the chance to visit 湯島, but I'd like to find a reason to come back. Visited for dinner with a reservation. We chose a course with all-you-can-drink. The yakitori is carefully grilled over charcoal, giving it a pleasantly fragrant charcoal aroma. From the first negima served, I was impressed by the distinctive charcoal aroma and the high level of execution. We enjoyed all sorts of cuts, including chicken wings, tsukune, liver, and hearts, experiencing the particular pleasures of a course meal. Each skewer conveyed careful craftsmanship, reminding me of the depth of yakitori culture. The grilled onigiri served at the end showed such perfection and craftsmanship that I found myself imagining what it would be like if I had grilled it myself. The sake selection was extensive, and the prices felt reasonable. For someone like me who rarely visits yakitori restaurants, it was a truly valuable and delightful experience. Ordered ８ skewers. They served negima, hearts, gizzards, liver, tsukune, sasasabi-yaki, quail eggs, and shishito (I forgot the order). Each was a little on the large side, so they were satisfying. The tsukune in particular was so delicious that I got absorbed in eating and stopped talking with the person at my table. They also stock my favorite shochu, so I plan to return if I visit Tokyo again. Each skewer arrived at the perfect time, neither too slowly nor too quickly. They even saw us off outside at the end, making it a pleasant experience right to the finish.

The meat is tender and the vegetables are glossy; both look beautiful and taste delicious❗️ We ordered 6 kinds, and it was wonderfully considerate of them to bring each one out just as we were finishing the previous one. The alcoholic drinks were mixed perfectly and tasted great too♡
