It was awesome

I visited for lunch on a weekday. From the menu, I ordered 厳選十五種のばらちらし, available only during weekday lunch service. Its colorful, refined presentation made it almost a shame to eat. Every topping tasted fresh, and it was a truly classic bara chirashi, letting you enjoy many different toppings at once. The topping pieces were just the right size, making for a carefully considered result. The salt-based clear soup also had a delicate flavor. There weren't many customers, so I could enjoy a leisurely lunch in a quiet setting. Thank you for the meal.

The best バラちらし you can get for 1000円. Available only at weekday lunch, it contains over 10 ingredients, including bluefin tuna, flounder, salmon, common octopus, maika squid, boiled scallops, steamed shrimp, tobiko, and egg, and comes with soup—outrageously good value. The vinegar in the sushi rice seemed stronger than I prefer, but with such substantial toppings, perhaps it needs to be that strong.

A very delicious, great-value lunch! Scallops, octopus, tuna, salmon, squid... The variety of seafood is of course satisfying, and I also like the sakura denbu and shiitake, which give it that proper 「ちらし」 feel. It's delicious without ever getting boring. Also, I'd somehow imagined sushi chefs as quiet types, but this owner is very friendly and gentle, leaving you feeling warm inside. It makes you want to smile and thank him for the meal too😊

The lunch ばらちらし is very delicious and colorful. As others have written, not only is the sushi good, but the clear soup is truly wonderful. How do they make something so delicate? It's hard to believe it comes with a 950円 lunch; I felt its flavor surpassed that of a fine traditional restaurant. I've found another sushi restaurant I want to keep visiting. Next time I'd like to try nigiri, other dishes, and the evening menu too.
