Casual Izakaya place, taken there by a local friend. She ordered the omakase course with all you can drink (90mins to order drinks and 2 hrs to drink+ eat). Food was good though portion a bit small, service great and it was a lot of fun trying different kind of highballs. There’s a pharmacy nearby that has really good price and tax free!!

Just a short walk from Hongo-sanchome Station. Also close to the University of Tokyo Hongo Campus! I was directed to the counter on the 1st floor, and it was bustling with customers who looked like regulars. Colorful and photogenic Nadeshiko Sour, with bear ice or lots of fruit pulp. Sweet and delicious, and looks very photogenic! The speed menu you want to eat first is 《Crispy Paprika Meat Miso》. The freshness of the large paprika was very delicious! Smoked ikura potato salad had plenty of ikura on top of the potato salad. The crunchy texture of gizzard inside the potato salad was also delicious. 5 types of yakitori grilled in front of your eyes by energetic female staff are large and very satisfying. The meat was also moist! Red shrimp gejang yukhoe with yellow egg yolk that looks good on a red background, the thick and spicy taste makes the alcohol flow! The shrimp were also large and plump. Yanaka ginger pork roll, is this a Tokyo local menu? Ginger might feel spicy, but it's not as spicy as you think and the refreshing taste matches the meat sauce! Vegetables for snacks such as grilled new onion and Hacho miso eggplant were also balanced and good♡ Luxury of sea urchin☆ikura→boiled egg is irresistible. Ikura is put in as much as possible, there is no option not to eat it. Finally, finish with vanilla→matcha sesame dumpling. To "Sake to Nadeshiko Shichihenge" which is about a 10-second walk from Hongo-sanchome Station. I've been curious for a long time, so I stopped by on my way home from work. Visited around 18:30 on Tuesday. Today the shop was about 70% full, so I was able to enter without waiting. The 1st floor is mainly for standing and drinking with a few seats, and the 2nd floor seems to be table seats. The atmosphere was reasonably bustling and easy to enter. Staff service was also pleasant, and it was nice to be able to drink slowly at our own pace. There were many customers drinking alone, and it seemed easy to use casually. What I ordered this time was, ・Hatsu skewer 190 yen ・Bonjiri skewer 200 yen ・Kawa skewer 200 yen ・Smoked Ikura potato salad 580 yen ・Hatsuccho full of condiments 650 yen ・Draft beer 490 yen ・Green Nadeshiko Sour 690 yen Total about 3,000 yen. It was also convenient to be able to use QR payment. Hatsu, bonjiri, and kawa were all delicious, grilled moist and juicy. Personally, hatsu was my favorite. The price is also affordable so you can order casually. Smoked Ikura potato salad looks gorgeous, a dish that makes you want to take a picture. Hatsuccho full of condiments is heart cooked at low temperature, moist, and can be eaten refreshingly with plenty of condiments. Green Nadeshiko Sour looks gorgeous, I ended up taking a picture of it. Since it's really close from the station, I think it's very useful when you want to drink a little.
