Tl;dr: good ramen, not even close to worth it for the wait. Noodles are quite firm and there are 6-7 types of shio and shoyu dipping soups. The soup flavors tend to be more mild so there are many flavored toppings that can be added. Seems very clear they need to switch a reservation or ticket system. Line at opening time on a weekday is almost 50 people deep. They can't control their popularity, but their time management is also very poor. Almost 40 minutes after opening time some people who entered in the first round weren't served yet. Here's the problem: their system only allows you to try two soups if you order 500g of noodles or more. This is an amount of noodles that most humans cannot reasonably consume comfortably. As a result, many customers are ordering giant servings of noodles and eating very slowly.

Really clean and simple bowl of shoyu ramen done masterfully. Excellent clean soup that was a pleasant to finish, perfect cooked katame noodles that have just the right amount of bite that didnt get softer through the meal.

I was on the front of a queue 30mins waiting for the store get opened because I didn’t have things to do, but that was a right decision. When the store opens, around 15 peoples were making line! (Various ages and genders were on the line) The ramen itself was simple and traditional but well organized soysauce based ramen, pretty good! Brace yourself to be waiting for 20min outside when you come here. FYI. they only take cash!

Arrived at about 11:40 on a Saturday. Waited about an hour before I had my bowl served. Forgot to take a picture of the machine but I ordered the char siu shoyu ramen. Broth was delicious and the meat on top was pretty generous (and delicious). The shio (salt) and shoyu (soy) buttons are the same on the machine so the shop attendant will ask which you want when she takes the ticket.
