麺処 大章Ramen Place Taisyo
【A 10-minute walk from JR Tabata Station, and about 15 minutes on foot from Nishi-nippori, Sendagi, Hon-komagome, and Komagome】 Retaining the atmosphere of an old-fashioned neighborhood Chinese restaurant, we welcome frequent visits not only from locals but also from many fans living along the railway line. Our restaurant has about 20 seats and offers ramen, tsukemen, fried rice, rice dishes, and set meals in a relaxed atmosphere. Large portions are available for +100円 for rice and +150円 for noodles, so we serve generous, satisfying portions with a nostalgic flavor. Nearby attractions include Yanesen (Yanaka, Nezu, Sendagi), the University of Tokyo, Rikugien, and Ueno Onshi Park, so please stop by when you're in the area.

View on GoogleOwner is very nice. We are tourists don't speak Japanese and we were able order delicious ramen 🍜! I am very happy 😁
View on GoogleVegetable-packed tanmen: 1,050円 The noodles are cooked a little soft. A reasonable amount of meat. The vegetable portion is among the largest in Tokyo!! The soup was flavorful and delicious. The service was very courteous. The interior was kept reasonably clean. Thank you for the meal!!
View on GoogleOrdered the mapo rice bowl and half-ramen set. The strongly seasoned mapo rice bowl was delicious.
View on GoogleAbout 10 minutes from Tabata Station. It feels like a simple neighborhood Chinese restaurant. Perhaps run by a married couple? I was served by a grandmotherly woman. Seating is mainly at tables, with probably around 5-6 tables. There's a counter too, and you can relax. For my first visit, I ordered a somewhat nostalgic ramen. It was simple and fairly lightly flavored, with little saltiness—a gentle, pleasant taste. The carbonara-style ramen struck me as an unexpected wildcard on the menu, but it seemed to be winter-only. Payment is cash only.
