You get all you want from a bowl of ramen here. One man shop with only four seats. You get to choose between salt or tantan (similar to spicy miso) soup base ramen. Quality is very nice and authentic with incredibly fair price. Recommend!

I had an incredibly delicious Shio Ramen with seasoned egg (¥1000). The light, gentle salt flavor stayed balanced from the first bite to the last, making every sip enjoyable. The chashu was thick, tender, and full of natural flavor, while the egg perfectly complemented the bowl. The shop is small but clean and cozy, with a few counter seats. PayPay is accepted. Highly recommended for anyone who enjoys light, flavorful ramen.

Great tantanmen. well balanced, and doesnt feel like there is a lot of addictive added to it, which is great. Compared to a lot I've had in japan, which tended to be a tad sweet, or the broth too thick, this is great. I find it much better than Aun which is just a short walk away. only caveat is that its a small store, 5 seats. so not great for those with young kids, unless there is a secret 2nd level im not aware of

Classic one man shop! Only 5 seats in the shop, taken care of by the owner himself. A small place in Ueno for a quick bowl of simple, fulfilling ramen. Great soup with green onion, soft-boiled soy sauce egg and chewy ramen noodles. Shout out for the piping hot bowl and very soft thick-cut pork.

Really, really good no frills shio ramen. The simplicity of the bowl, yet incredible salt flavour is what makes this place shine. Unfortunately, the shop ran out of eggs when I got there, and there isn’t really any additional topping options; however, the simplistic menu in itself is in line with the simple, no frills shio vibe.
