My usual standing soba place. Chilled tanuki soba and shrimp tempura rice bowl set, 500円. The wasabi packs a punch~~🤣 Cheap and delicious.

An independent standing soba shop. It has a Showa-era atmosphere, including the staff, and I personally prefer it to chain standing soba places. The taste is ordinary, but the broth isn't too salty and has just the right balance.

Before the temporary closure, they served freshly fried tempura outside busy periods, which was nice, but now it's prepared in advance, so there's no particular reason to choose this place.
