It reminded me how drastically opportunities for ordinary people to encounter true craftspeople have declined. In short, I was moved by sushi that so clearly showcased outstanding craftsmanship. I ordered the omakase nigiri for lunch and honestly thought it was expensive, but from the first bite I was so impressed I fell silent. I'll be back!

The work is always meticulous, and the delicious flavors bring fresh surprises, making it a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The chef is friendly and unpretentious, but he's a highly skilled craftsman with considerable experience, and he shared all sorts of stories with me. He serves sushi so delicious that few places even in Tokyo compare. I was lucky to have this restaurant in my neighborhood. When I go to Tokyo, I'll stop by again!

I visited for the first time in a while. The prices seem to have risen with inflation, but that can't be helped. The sushi was as delicious as ever.

I've been several times for dinner and lunch, but the same female staff member's attitude was awful every time, so I stopped going. When I said there was no hand towel, she plopped one down without a word; when I asked where the toilet was, she gestured 'over there' with her chin; when I was with my child and ordered orange juice that was on the menu, she said, 「We'd have to go buy it, you know,」 sounding annoyed. It's rare to find a restaurant that leaves you feeling bad every single time. I also feel the lunch offerings have become more meager each year.
