Very delicious and tender meat and a super cozy homey atmosphere

Steak shop at Kasuga Station. Visited around 9 PM on Saturday. The shop was not crowded and I sat down immediately. A shop with a homey atmosphere. They also explained the menu politely. The meat is in a style where you choose what you want to eat from those arranged on a plate. The meat is also finished rare, which is very good for me (there is a hot stone on the top right of the meat plate, and if you are concerned, you can grill it there). The garlic rice I ate at the end was also delicious.

A shop I've been curious about for a long time but haven't been to. Feels like it's run by a married couple. You can enjoy various meats such as beef, pork, chicken, and horse. Today, spicy stir-fried beef offal, beef tataki, pork spare ribs, and the main dish is sirloin steak. Perhaps because it's run only by the couple, even though there is only one other customer, the food service is very slow. It took about 30 minutes from ordering until the first spicy offal came out. Although the tataki came out in about 10 minutes, the spare ribs didn't come out for about 30 minutes after that, and although I ordered early, the last steak also waited quite a while.

This is a restaurant I want to visit many times 😭 (I've been here more than 10 times). You can choose the type of meat and sauce, and you can adjust the doneness of the meat using a "hot stone". Recommended are "Oven-baked Camembert Cheese" and "Garlic Rice". The manager and staff are very kind... The lighting in the store is bright, and the atmosphere is very warm. The price is very reasonable for a steak. If you are lucky, you will get a free small popsicle after the meal.
