We visit as a family once every few months. A 1-minute walk from 茗荷谷駅. It's a basement yakiniku restaurant. Whenever our family goes for yakiniku, this is the place. The ネギ塩タン is satisfying in taste, of course, but above all the presentation is wonderful.

Since money's tight, I usually just walk past the shop, but when I learned they sold bento, I tried the 焼肉弁当:1,100円 for something to talk about, and it was delicious. The older female employee was kind enough to go out of her way to chase after me when I forgot my scarf.

Not much meat, but tasty, and the meat itself tastes good

The taste was ordinary and I enjoyed the meal, but… As other reviews also mention, this area has many office workers and students, but the prices are fairly high for them, And it's puzzling that this place survives in an area with many wealthy and ultra-wealthy people as well. I think the positive reviews are from relatives or acquaintances, but along the 丸ノ内線 toward central Tokyo, there are more safe, reasonably priced apartments, and more office workers living in company-leased housing, so perhaps the prices are affordable for them. I've heard that wealthy and ultra-wealthy people around here go to 銀座・赤坂 or nearby 神楽坂, where competition and turnover are indeed fierce, but the surviving restaurants, while expensive, have quality ingredients and staff.

I'm a building owner along 春日通り, and although I've only been a few times, I can't understand why some people give it so many stars. As others have written, the interior is like a cafeteria, and the noisy children are annoying too. Is this the difference between people who only eat in the old downtown neighborhoods and those who eat in 銀座・赤坂… and so on?
