Had breakfast buffet for staying at Hotel Edoya. Food was great! Loved the Corn Soup and Shumai.

【December 20, 2025🌃】 Came in around 18:00 on Saturday. Finally made it here! As I walked toward the entrance, I could hear some music playing… Unexpectedly, Western music♪‼️ Fresh! A surprise! It was still quiet, and even though I was alone, they showed me to a table for 4. Such a kind owner. I ordered “Yasai-ten Mori.” Made it a large serving. The interior is spacious and clean. The hand towel is warm! Western music inside too‼️ Songs by that famous British group, Queen, are playing! Things like “Bicycle~♪ Bicycle~♪” and “I don't want to stop~♪,” playing at just the right volume. Does the owner like Western music?😊 Now, the food arrives. The soba “will clump together,” apparently. They advised me to eat it quickly. The soba is extremely thin and 100% buckwheat! Delicious! There are 8 kinds of tempura too! Eggplant, lotus root, shiitake, maitake, sweet potato, shiso leaf, burdock, and a big shishito-like pepper (what's it called?)😄 I'm satisfied with both the food and the service! It's a little way from Okachimachi Station, but it seems like a lovely hidden gem known to those in the know!

Personally, I like this lingering Showa-era atmosphere haha. As for the main event, Ebi-ten Bokkake ￥1400. Cash only. It includes unlimited drinks, and I shouldn't compare it with Marugame or Tenya, but it feels expensive for what you get💦 The noodles weren't cold, and the soba had no firmness, so I wasn't sure what to make of it. It might have been better if there were more of it. The shrimp tempura was delicious. The coffee and soba tea aren't good🤣 If you're looking for value, the day's set advertised outside is around 1000 yen! 【If this helped, give it a like👍!】
