While looking for bento made with ingredients that seemed healthy, I found コーチャル. There are ３ types of bento in the shop. Bento using brown rice and domestically sourced ingredients aren't easy to find, so that's nice. The brown rice is cooked well too. The portions are on the small side, so I don't think they'd be enough for men.

I bought a bento and a roll cake and enjoyed them both ( ˊ̱˂˃ˋ̱ ) The staff's service and the shop's atmosphere were both good Recommended! This shop sells healthy-looking bento made with brown rice and domestically sourced ingredients. I found something called 腸レボリューション弁当 and tried it. I liked the chewy brown rice and seasoning that wasn't oily or heavy. The bento also comes with an explanation that conveys the maker's intentions. Our whole family enjoyed it, and I feel like our immunity improved too!

A health-conscious bento shop. There are usually about 5 varieties, around 500〜600円 each. You can choose brown or white rice. The lady at the register is kindhearted.
