It's seriously so delicious, I found my go-to place🥹 The portions are huge too, and whenever I get homesick I end up coming here. The Shanghai braised pork belly ⭐highly recommended! The chicken nuggets I had recently were also super delicious✨ Delicious, I eat here all the time, super recommend

Blown away by the super crispy & juicy karaage! The coating is crunchy and fragrant, the inside is amazingly plump and juicy, and the first bite makes you smile. Generous portions too, very satisfying. The mackerel karaage is also superb! The skin is crisp, the flesh is packed with umami, and the just-right saltiness is addictive. Both are seasoned perfectly to go with rice or drinks, I'm definitely coming back♪ The interior has a calm atmosphere, and the staff were courteous. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to really enjoy delicious fried food!

The flavor was truly wonderful. The balance of salty and sweet was exquisite, and it was so delicious that I only remembered to take photos after I'd almost finished eating. This little Shanghainese eatery is run by a couple from Shanghai who used to be newspaper reporters, and the atmosphere is very nice too. The flavors of the dishes are even more wonderful, the tableware is elegant, and I think it suits Japanese palates very well. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable; it's a place I want to keep coming back to.

The Shanghai flavors we'd been longing for for over a decade—we finally found them at Haoweixuan in Hakusan. Besides the signature fried chicken and sweet and sour spare ribs, and pan-fried hairtail, we also got a serving of big vegetable and pork wontons to share with a good friend😋 Finally broke out of Japan's gyoza universe😂👍🏻 We'll be coming often, bye-bye homesickness~ Hope the lady boss keeps expanding the menu🤩
