こいけのいえけいKoike no Iekei
【Koike no Iekei】, an iekei ramen shop a 4-minute walk from Sugamo Station. We are 【Koike no Iekei】, a sister shop of Raamen Koike, Chuka Soba Nishino, King Seimen, and Tsukemen Kinryu. The Koike group has been known for ramen with a clear, light yet deep flavor, but at Koike no Iekei you can enjoy the exact opposite: “iekei ramen” and rich “seafood-mix tsukemen.” Our signature 【Tonkotsu Shoyu Ramen】, while a classic, is made with uncompromising attention to every step and ingredient in pursuit of a mellow mouthfeel. A more refined and modern interpretation of the Iekei (家系) ramen by the famous Koike group. Although it is located in a quiet residential area near the Sugano station, there were already 2 people queuing when I arrived 10 minutes before its opening time for the lunch session on a weekday. The soup is less salty compared to other Iekei shops but the Tonkotsu taste remains strong and poignant. The slow cooked charsiu which is a signature of the Koike group elevates the Iekei ramen.
View on GoogleThe ramen is beautiful. Everything is Rich and high quality especially Cha-shu. I felt that the ramen soup I ordered was a bit lacking and lukewarm.
View on GoogleThe ramen was good and quite original. BUT in front of me was sink with dirty dishes and stuff washed it while I was eating. Just 50 cm from my bowl... I don't know, guys, why don't you wash dishes somewhere more far from customers? It's really disgusting.
View on GoogleThe ramen was savory. It’s cozy and friendly. Superb!
