Eating here upset my stomach. The staff laughed at me. It was my first time at this bento shop, so I asked whether the menu was fixed or changed, and the old hag went back to the kitchen, repeated my question, and everyone burst out laughing. Right in front of me. What's so funny? I've never been laughed at like this before. The worst.

I ordered the demi hamburg. It's delicious, but there's one disappointing point. The amount of cabbage shown on the menu and the actual amount are completely different. I've included a photo of the menu and a photo of the actual amount. A bit disappointing...

I bought onigiri🍙 and really enjoyed them😊What stayed with me was how pleasant the staff were. I'll visit again😊.

I like stir-fried vegetable bento and often visit bento shops, but the texture of the stir-fried vegetables here gets 2 out of 10. I'd bought food here before, and it was terrible then too. These days, perhaps because the manuals are thorough, most shops have high standards. It happens elsewhere too—people make the food, so there are hits and misses. But after getting the same standard twice in a row here, I think the person cooking simply lacks skill. As for paying, Origin's self-checkout machines are always throwing errors, aren't they? When I told a staff member, they intimidatingly asked whether I'd paid for the side dishes bought with my bento, and I thought, ah, I can't deal with this place. Perhaps some of it is unavoidable because they're short-staffed. When I went to review the stir-fried vegetable bento, I was surprised by just how bad the ratings were. Best to steer clear and avoid trouble.

When I picked up my mobile order, a female employee wearing glasses told me in a high-handed tone, "We're busy, so please read out your order number." Because my smartphone screen was small and the text was hard to read, I tried showing her the screen, but she let out a loud sigh and prepared my order as if it were a huge bother. Then, as I was leaving, she said forcefully, "From next time, make sure you read your order number aloud," which made me feel very uncomfortable. I use mobile ordering to make pickup smooth even when they're busy, so it was disappointing that it instead led to a troublesome exchange. I felt there was considerable room for improvement in their customer service attitude.
