A quiet sushi restaurant nestled at the foot of Onnazaka at Yushima Tenjin. It's a little upscale, but there are plenty of delicious, carefully prepared dishes☺️ Would it sound strange to call it a place that really makes you feel you've come to a sushi restaurant? Delicious as always🍴😆✨ I visited for the first time in ages after a rakugo performance at Yushima Tenmangu. I thoroughly enjoyed everything, starting with the exquisite anago. I'll keep coming back✨

A good old-fashioned sushi restaurant. There's a fairly spacious private room on the 2nd floor, so I thought it would also be easy to visit with children. I forgot to take a photo, but personally I like the tekka maki. It had that lovely flavor you get at old-fashioned sushi restaurants, or rather, it was delicious tekka maki with wonderfully aromatic lean tuna. The nigiri and individual dishes are delicious, and the atmosphere is lovely. A wonderful sushi restaurant.

For the price... I'm not so sure. The atmosphere isn't very good for a sushi restaurant.

If you can get a counter seat, the sushi is served one piece at a time even at lunch, making you feel pampered. I usually visit in the evening, and the taste rivals high-end sushi restaurants in Ginza. The atmosphere is lovely too. The owner has a lovely personality as well. It's a wonderful place that makes you want to visit again and again. Counter seats are popular at both lunch and dinner, so I recommend booking ahead.

I always reserve course A. It's cheaper than eating and drinking in Ginza, and the dishes other than nigiri sushi are delicious too. The atmosphere is nice, so I use it for farewell parties for colleagues transferring elsewhere, year-end parties, and so on. I do wish there were a few more drink options, but if you think of it as helping you stop before drinking too much, perhaps this selection is enough.
