長崎らーめん琴海Kinkai
A ramen shop proud of its “ago-dashi,” made with grilled flying fish from Nagasaki. Yakiago is flying fish finished by grilling. We combine the fragrant, gently savory grilled flying fish stock with tonkotsu to create 琴海's distinctive flavor, rich without being too heavy. About a 4-minute walk from Hongo-sanchome Station. If you are trying 琴海 for the first time, we recommend starting with the classic 琴海ラーメン. In addition to lunchtime ramen, we offer limited-menu dishes and karaage in the evening. Please stop by for a bowl after work or on an evening when you want to wind down with grilled flying fish broth.

Open on Solstice day because they are young, energetic, we were very positively surprised by this Ramen restaurant. At the counter, we could see the team working hard, the soup pot boiling, a combination of meat and fish. All fresh ingredients cut in front of us. Nothing fake in this place, and we wish them all the success they are entitled to.
View on GoogleThe restaurant serves ramen with a special broth made from fish and pork, which gives it a unique twist. The flavor is light yet still carries the distinct punch of Tonkotsu flavor. I tried the vegetable ramen (野菜ラーメン), which I found to be particularly unique. I highly recommend giving it a try!
View on GoogleAuthentic and excellent ramen. I think I got oyako broth. Ok, I'm in no position to judge authentic, but it seemed authentic to me! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly and can handle English. Beer is excellent. I spent a lot more than average because my wife ordered me double size. She's awesome.
View on GoogleWe love this ramen place, down to earth, with ungreezy but rich broth. I like their unique home-made sauce and loads of veggies.
View on GoogleFantastic presentation of the food and store. Staff was friendly and explained the menu to us as we can't read japanese. We had the original ramen and it was the best ramen of my life! Everything was well balanced in flavour and quanities were perfect, we just wish we got large instead of medium sized serving! Cute cartoons everywhere too. The man making it is a true food artist! I would come back to Tokyo just for this ramen. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
