Was my favorite, but middle aged woman staff was so rude and was truly disappointed. Bad service. What happened? However bento here is great and Aji-fry is my recommendation.

Karaage shop in front of Nezu Station. The sweet and spicy karaage was delicious. The menchi was also delicious as usual. The aosa one had lumpy flour and was not delicious. This is a personal impression. "Karaage Toritatsu" is a takeout specialty karaage shop founded in 2010, with stores expanding in the Kanto and Tokai regions, mainly in Tokyo. Based on the traditional "Tokyo Soy Sauce Karaage", you can easily enjoy professional taste, such as soaking for a long time in a secret sauce supervised by a chef from a high-class restaurant.

It is written that the service attitude of the "middle-aged female staff" is bad, and that is correct. Although the format is that she doesn't come out unless the chime is pressed, she comes out slowly (always at the same pace even if it is raining heavily). This time, although I specified while pointing at the karaage (lemon tartar), she mistook it for another karaage (salt lemon), and when I pointed it out, she insisted "I'm sure I heard this". At the time of ordering, the price was also different by 20 yen, and although the price tag was 200 yen (normal karaage is 180 yen), she repeated the nonsensical claim "If it's lemon tartar, it's not added 20 yen. I was told so from above.". Although the shop side was wrong, she was reluctant to exchange. Rain was also blowing in and I thought please stop, so I gave in and decided to accept it as it is. Recent price hikes (600 yen -> 650 yen -> 750 yen) and the size reduction of karaage were also severe, but this is the final blow. I will never buy at this shop again.

I bought karaage for takeout. Large, crispy and fragrant on the outside, juicy on the inside, and you can feel the deliciousness of the meat firmly, very satisfying. The seasoning of the batter is just right, of course for a side dish for rice, but it can also be enjoyed as is. Even when taken home, the hot feeling remained, and the satisfaction level was high. A perfect shop when you want to enjoy delicious karaage easily or when you want to eat firmly at home.

It seems that 2 years ago it changed from Toritatsu to Menchi no Tetsujin, and from the middle of this month it seems to have returned to Toritatsu. I'm happy. I bought one soy sauce, salt lemon, and soy sauce koji karaage each. I thought the taste of karaage changed when it was Menchi no Tetsujin, so it was a pity, but I feel that the karaage I ate today generally returned to the taste according to the previous recipe. Soy sauce karaage tasted thin, I felt it lacked spices. (Only black pepper is felt very strongly) However, the way of frying is the same as when it was Menchi. It is fried open without being rounded. The old Toritatsu way of frying was round like a ball. I personally think that is so that the juiciness is not lost even after time passes. Toritatsu's karaage is really delicious and I love it. Good luck! Addition: Those fried with powder are not drained of oil, those using batter, liquid collects in the center of the karaage. It might be better to change the preparation.
