. Food :☆☆☆☆ Service:☆☆☆☆☆ Atmosphere :☆☆☆☆☆ Price :☆☆☆☆ Cleanliness :☆☆☆☆☆ A stylish hidden soba restaurant on a backstreet off Shinobazu-dori. Perhaps it should be called a soba bar. The menu is simple, but every dish tastes satisfying. Portions are sufficient unless you are an exceptionally hungry adult man. The staff member is genuinely kind. The timing is impeccable, from clearing dishes to serving after-meal coffee. They also keep a perfect eye out for belongings left behind at seats. The interior has bright colors and feels very clean, setting it apart from old-fashioned soba restaurants. The background music is pleasant too.

I was walking along when a friendly lady called out to me, so I went in. The interior is clean and has a very pleasant atmosphere. I ordered the warm soba set with Hikoma pork for 900円 and a draft beer. I really enjoyed the soba in its slightly thick soup. It was very delicious.

The soba itself is carefully made and delicious, but this restaurant has a different concept from a typical neighborhood soba shop, so I think it is best enjoyed with that in mind.

The soba is excellent. The thoughtfully devised dipping sauce makes it delicious too. I thought the salad and coffee were unnecessary, since the soba alone is satisfying.

The duck broth was tastier than the salt-flavored one.
