The owner trained at the ryotei 「出井」 on Ginza Sukiya-dori, but 「いづ政」 differs from the usual small kappo restaurants centered on course meals. It is a renowned counter-style kappo restaurant dedicated to serving delicious food to accompany drinks.

It's a nice place. There are especially lots of regulars, but it feels comfortable.
