I love exploring neighborhood shops, and this dessert spot is no exception. I tried their dorayaki (anko sandwich)—a delicious treat with sweet red bean paste inside soft, fluffy pancakes. I’ll definitely be going back to try more of their traditional Japanese sweets. The couple running the shop are lively and welcoming, and they can communicate in English. I got my food to go, but they also offer indoor seating if you prefer to stay and enjoy it there.

The ogura ice cream was so good! Classic simple flavours executed perfectly! The price is also very affordable. We paid a total of 880 yen for melon shaved ice+ ogura ice cream. The ladies that run the store are sweet and attentive! I will come back again and again.

Lovely spot to enjoy some Japanese sweets. I thoroughly enjoyed the anmitsu. It's a small shop, with few seats, but they've got a takeout window, so that's an alternative if you've got somewhere to sit and eat nearby. The atmosphere and decor inside is modern. The mirror on the back wall keeps the interior from feeling cramped.
