One of the best coffee spots here in Tokyo. From the beans, to the actual cup and the vibe are all just excellent! Each cup feels well crafted and thought of. The vibe was amazing and I love that it feels tucked in such a local neighborhood without the crazy buzz and rush of Tokyo. Can definitely relax and zen out while having your perfect cup of coffee. Would definitely come back again.
View on GoogleCoffee omakase is a great deal, highly recommended to add the 200yen for the coffee jelly. Personally feel like the middle course (unique) is the best cost-pa as well, was given a geisha by El Paraiso which was amazingly clean and smooth, tasting like a grape juice and floral tea. If only the coffee beans pricing were to be a little more affordable, definitely would have buy some.
View on GoogleStumbled upon Ignis at the end of Yanaka Ginza street on my 1st trip to Tokyo. It’s a lovely small speciality coffee shop with a great selection of different type of coffee beans and some to be purchased as well. Their baristas were very friendly on both occasions I’ve visited them and I will always recommend coming whenever you’re in need of a great cup of coffee!
View on GoogleThe best coffee experience we have had in Japan bar none. If you love coffee and are in Tokyo, the high end omakase here is a must. I am surprised that this place only has 4.1 stars - some locals do not appreciate the server describing the coffee they are being served, but I loved it - the Malaysian woman (didn’t ask for her name) did an amazing job and her passion was contagious. We were served several fruity geishas and loved the Columbian lots in particular. Again, our best coffee experience in Japan and such a treat.
View on GoogleReally cool find near Yanaka Ginza- cafe specialising in rare coffee beans. The staff were very attentive, knowledgeable and fluent in English. I ordered the coffee flight, which included two pour overs and their signature milk coffee blend as well as coffee jelly, all of which were quite pricey but very fragrant, unique and enjoyable to consume. There was only about 7 seats and it did feel a little cramped, but thankfully it wasn't too busy.
