RUDE SERVICE and SCAM RESTAURANT!!!!! Worst service and scam restaurant!! The waitress is so rude. While we are having All-you-can-eat, we ordered Jellyfish and the dish has full bowl of cucumber with a little bit of jellyfish which is not the same as they showed in the picture. So we asked her nicely that we dont like that much of cucumber so please make the other dishes with no cucumber. Then she got angry because we cannot finish that cucumber and calculated all the dishes that we ate into Ala carte prices and tell us she wont give us All-you-can-eat service anymore. We only ate for like 20 mins. So we told her that we decided to eat that cucumber and will continue the 食べ放題 but she kicked us out by saying bad words, shouting. We has to pay like 5000 yen which is nearly All-you-can-eat price for two for 4 dishes. We will report to Consumer affairs by scamming us if you dont apologize to us.

The restaurant is in the basement. The standing sign on the road in front of the 1st floor showed most lunch menus at 780~880円 and the daily lunch at 750円. The prices weren't high, so no complaints there. That day's A lunch was stir-fried mixed vegetables, while B was fried chicken・egg ramen & half-size fried rice, so I ordered B. The ramen was large and the fried rice half-size, but I'd have preferred large fried rice and half-size ramen. There are no photos displayed for the daily lunches. Afterward, I thought I should have chosen A. The portions are very substantial; it felt like “hefty, filling lunch” would be a better name than daily lunch. I thought there might be counter seating inside, but there were no chairs, and it seemed to be used by employees for preparing service. Unfortunately, I couldn't give the atmosphere any points: despite the spacious dining area, there's no smoking ban or separate smoking section, and a group of 4 customers who'd been drinking were very loud.

２ hours of all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink for 2900円 per person. It was surprisingly tasty. It's in a basement behind 東京科学大学 in 御茶ノ水.

I happened to pass by and went in. It was quite crowded at lunchtime, but the food arrived surprisingly quickly. I ordered the liver and garlic chive stir-fry from the daily lunch menu. The portion was ample and tasted good, and the included self-service coffee was a nice touch. An inexpensive, delicious, very satisfying lunch.
