I think the treatment and the clinic director's manner are good. However, I would like them to address the nearly 30-minute wait past the appointment time before being called, and the reception staff discussing other patients within patients' hearing. Especially regarding appointment times, I wish they would let us know as soon as they realize there will be a delay.

However, sometimes the wait is unusually long even with an appointment・・without an appointment, it's impossible to predict how long it will take. They should accept fewer appointments, or switch to a system that displays when your number is approaching. Waiting unnecessarily inside the clinic without knowing how much longer until you're called also poses an infection risk, so I hope they improve this. The doctors are kind.
