This small restaurant is in a very hard-to-find location, but the staff are extremely courteous. It's a Japanese-style hidden gem that made me want to visit again.

About 15 years ago, when I started exploring food on my own in Kanto, I stopped in because the storefront caught my eye. I remember enjoying the slowly, carefully grilled ginmutsu saikyo-yaki and leaving satisfied. I'd like to return after this long absence to test my palate and memory.

Authentic Japanese cuisine where you can enjoy seasonal dishes. With so many places lacking any clear seasonality or national identity, it's a rare treasure these days.
