I think this is lowkey one of the good bone broth ramen there is, very rich in flavor an you can ultimately feel it. They also offer fried rice and as usual gyoza. Place is also a place for salaryman so sometimes might get pack but honestly for the price and if your type of ramen is rich flavorful broth this is one of the place right outside the exit of hongo sanchome station.
View on GoogleMy wife and I visited this restaurant for dinner tonight. I passed by this restaurant many time on my way to catch the Marunouchi line Hongo Sanchome train to work. Finally today I had an opportunity to try their Hakata ramen, which I found quite delicious. I particularly like their Nagahama thin noodle, which they offer in 6 different firmness to choose from. The black and red base soup were particularly tasty. Their gyoza was pretty standard, but their Mapo tofu was really good, a must try, which the chef put a special spice, I suspect was fried coriander (not sure), which is unusual for typical mapo tofu, that has made the color darker and more aromatic. For the price and taste, this is definitely an above expectation restaurant for a good casual meal. Will revisit again for sure.
View on GoogleCheap, delicious, filling ramen 🍜 staff were friendly and welcoming and helped me with the menu. Recommended for hungry commuters transferring between Oedo and Marunochi Lines
View on GoogleI had the white tonkotsu fried rice set The price was 1000 yen The tonkotsu smell inside the shop was intense, which got me imagining what the soup would be like, but my impression was that it was light, not that strong You can change up the flavor by gradually adding the free spicy condiment, garlic, and red pickled ginger on the table The fried rice is on the salty side — not ramen to finish the night, but fried rice to finish Personally, it's cheap, tasty, and served fast, so I rate it highly
View on GoogleI'm from Kyushu and eat Nagahama and Hakata ramen often. First, the shop is called "Hakata Ramen Nagahamaya," but Hakata ramen and Nagahama ramen are different things. This is common knowledge. To put it in Kanto terms, it's like Hachioji ramen "Yoshimuraya." First, about the Hakata ramen. Everyone in Tokyo, don't be fooled. This is far from Hakata ramen. It's so bad that if they opened a shop in Hakata or Tenjin, it would go under within a week. In a word, it tastes like Umakacchan powder mixed with milk. If they opened in Hakata, it'd be worth 200 yen a bowl. Next, you're better off not eating the tsukemen. It's tastier if you make it yourself. I don't understand why they charge money to serve it. If you want the real thing, go to Hakata Ramen 和 in Akasaka, Tokyo. Guaranteed by someone from Kyushu. For Nagahama ramen, go to the real place. Because Nagahama is Nagahama including the atmosphere.
