Rustic, unassuming Italian kitchen serving handmade pasta & familiar mains, plus a robust wine list.

We serve authentic Italian cuisine in a homey, friendly setting. Course meals are available even for solo diners, and the restaurant suits families, groups, and various occasions. Feel free to discuss your budget and timing, including for business lunches. We also have a projector screen, making the restaurant suitable for private bookings. Since we operate with an owner-chef and a small staff, we recommend booking online or by phone. The owner-chef studied traditional cuisine in various regions of Japan and Italy, including Tuscany and Veneto, but also values inspiration and continues striving to create new dishes every day…

I walked in at 20:50 thinking might not be able to get a table, luckily the chef was so nice and I had a wonderful dinner and happy chat with the landlady and the working girl from Taiwan. My dinner finished at 22:30, so sorry for making them late. Delicious food, nice people, relaxed atmosphere, highly recommended!

An amazing Italian. Best beef ever. Extraordinary Panna Cotta. Ravioli excelent. Tasty and authentic. Cosy hidden gem. Staff speaks English. Chef speaks good Italian as he worked in Florence many years.

This was a real Italian dining experience. Tucked away a little way from the main drag. The restaurant had a relaxed atmosphere. Front of house gave a warm welcome and was helpful explaining the menu. The food was excellent and moderately priced. The chef was genial and skilled. As mentioned in other reviews, he also speaks Italian. The best risotto I've had outside of Tuscany. A good wine list with wine by the glass options. Overall highly recommended.
