On the top floor of the medical building in UTokyo Hongo Campus, there's this secret Italian restaurant tucked away on the top floor with an amazing view. Prices are pretty reasonable for Italian food, and it's pretty quiet because of its hard to find location. The Wagyu Beef Spaghetti Bolognese was pretty good with the al dente pasta. If you're looking for a place for a big group dinner, then this is the place.

I have been to there several times on dinner hours. The dinner course cuisine costs us as much as 4000 yen excluding tax, and yet it's really delicious. The magnificent view from the 13th floor of the building, with Tokyo Skytree at the center, also makes the restaurant more wonderful.

Quite good, but a bit expensive. The panorama from the restaurant is awesome!

An Italian restaurant on the campus with nice and economical lunch menu. This place is located on the 13th floor; the one on the 1st floor is for takeout. The name means “Pelican Chef” in Italian.
