A rare bagel shop that opens early in the morning and closes quickly because it sells only small quantities I'd been curious for years, but I'm bad at getting up early, so this was my first visit ☀️ I bought ☑️モンブランカシューナッツクリームチーズ 594 ☑️いちじくピスタチオクリームチーズ 594 ☑️くるみ十勝あん 594 ☑️マロングラセッセチョコレート 594 ☑️ジョンソンヴィルソーセージオリジナルスモークチェダーチーズ 594 When toasted, the sweet bagels have a crisp thin crust and a chewy texture without too much resistance; the dough has almost no flavor and tastes simple Maybe it's so simple because they ferment it without adding sugar 🤔 They're also particular about using additive-free ingredients in the fillings The fillings are generous and substantial, so one fills you up 💓 The portions are on par with ブランジェリーKEN I'm glad they're packed with filling, but the dough tastes too simple and needs sugar 😅 Especially the bagel with ジョンソンヴィルソーセージ, which tastes almost entirely of sausage So the bagels with cream cheese are the tasty ones I won't be returning. Arrived at 7:45 on a weekday, 4th in line They opened early because of the strong wind. Even being 4th, some varieties had sold out to people ahead of me, so perhaps they only make 3〜6 of each? If you arrive at opening time, you might barely be able to buy anything peypey payment ⭕️
View on GoogleThey sell out early, so I visited before work. I ordered 2 types: one with sausage and a sweet cream cheese & Oreo one. The owner picks them out for you, and you pay at the register. They accept a wide range of payment methods, including transit cards. The bagels are very substantial. The sweet one felt extremely hard, but apparently that's how it's supposed to be. It's a little difficult to eat unless you tear pieces off by hand. The sausage one is simple, just a sausage inside a long, narrow bagel. Well, it's tasty. At 4~500円 each, they're quite expensive. Also, be aware that the sweet bagels are quite hard.
View on GoogleAn elegant appearance. A premium bagel shop It seems they open at 8 in the morning except Wednesdays and Sundays. The bagels are heavy, dense, generously sized, and very satisfying, but the prices are correspondingly premium ^^; Rising prices probably make that even more so… Still, the taste makes it clear why people line up from early morning! There were more than 10 varieties, from sweet to savory. Whenever I visit, I always buy the seasonal selection. My recommendation is definitely 「黒胡麻あんクリームチーズ」. You can't go wrong if you buy this one! Then there's the 「チーズケーキ」 series. The rich cream cheese makes them sweet and delicious〜♡ Worth making the effort to get up early and buy them ◎
View on GoogleThey open at 8, and I arrived at 8:10 on Saturday, but lots of bagels were already sold out! They're very particular about their ingredients, and one bite explains why. Truly delicious. The male owner was friendly and very attentive too. Beautiful bagels line the glass display case. They're substantial, and the cream cheese is delicious too. Filled varieties are 480- each, whole-wheat bagels 420- (excluding tax) I wonder if they'll make merchandise of their character, Beaver-kun 🦫.
View on GoogleI stopped by around 8:30 in the morning. There was nobody inside, so I took my time choosing from the bagels in the display case. The bagels, said to be made without additives and with natural yeast, were plump and glossy and looked delicious ✨ Alongside the usual dried fruit, nuts, and cream cheese, the top recommendation seemed to be the bagel wrapped around 「ジョンソンヴィルソーセージ」. Incidentally, there weren't any bagel sandwiches or anything like that. I asked the staff member who appeared from the back about ジョンソンヴィルソーセージ, which had caught my interest. Apparently it's a famous American brand and very tasty. Today they had bagels using sausages with either cheddar cheese or lemon juice, and I tried the lemon one, which they said was refreshing. Although I was told, “One will fill you up,” I'd come all this way, so I got another. The new 「オーガニックプルーンとあまおう苺餡」 was surprisingly heavy when I picked it up. As for the taste, I'd thought the sausage would be sandwiched inside, but it was actually wrapped whole in bagel dough and baked. The moist sausage and chewy bagel dough were a perfect match ✨ I'm not usually keen on sausages, but this one I can eat! As promised, one filled me up, so I reheated the strawberry paste one and had it the following morning. The combination of generous, lightly sweetened bean paste and sweet-tart prunes was amazing ❤️ I'd never eaten such delicious prunes before. This time the fillings were so delicious that I didn't get to appreciate the bagel dough, so next time I think I'll buy a plain one. Plain is 380円 and the others are 480円, so the value is good too!
