This shop sells school-designated clothing such as uniforms and tracksuits. It's upstairs on the second floor. First-time visitors should be careful not to miss the stairway entrance. (I rode past it once on my bicycle.) I was helped by 1 male and 2 female staff members, and they were all genuinely kind and helpful. I'll leave out the details to avoid causing them trouble, but they once supported me wholeheartedly when I was struggling with something that needed urgent attention. Their voice over the phone was gentle too, and the service was pleasant throughout.

The older woman at reception has a bad attitude. She slams the phone down, which hurts my ears. I have no choice but to order because the school designates this shop, but that doesn't excuse her arrogant attitude as though customers have no alternative. Delivery after ordering is slow too.
