A renowned restaurant for delicious 青森 regional cuisine and local 青森 sake. I ordered the basic omakase course for 3500円 with a 3500円 sake pairing. Getting to compare breweries, including 田酒, was fantastic! The male staff member's service was great too; I appreciated his careful explanations about sake.

You can enjoy local 青森 sake available only here. The staff's 青森 accents feel heartwarming too. The food is seasoned slightly sweet. For me, that was a little disappointing.

It was raining and past 8 in the evening, so although I always pictured it as busy, it was quiet. They prepared the gout hot pot course, which normally requires booking the day before, and I was very satisfied. The rice porridge was delicious! The potato salad was delicious as always too

I came across it through work, tried it for lunch once, and was amazed. The ねぶた漬 is unbelievably good. I was so impressed I went in the evening too, and everything was delicious. It's no longer in my work area, so I can rarely visit, which makes me really sad. Only courses are available at night. I'd already eaten before going, so I appreciated them suggesting something to suit that. All the small side dishes were delicious too. Please try lunch first. An irresistible place for Japanese-food lovers.
