This is a retro-modern hidden Japanese-style cafe renovated from a nagaya-style old folk house. The cute and relaxing second floor, which is like an attic, is a must-see! It is a healing space where even the sound of rain is gentle. To enjoy the calm space, we ask that you keep your conversation quiet. Unique but cozy Japanese style cafe in historical area of Tokyo.

Came around 4pm in a Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately all the food and sweets were sold out so I just had a chai. I can tell they really put some effort in making sure the quality is there. I really enjoy the drink, and the atmosphere of the seat in the attic. Would definitely come back again to try their food and sweets.

A lovely atmospheric place for a drink and dessert. The kind owner took time to try and help me translate and understand the menu.

Time and space fall away in the calm tatami attic of Amanesaryo. Hiromi-san brings a peaceful and hospitable feeling and delicious lunch sets.
