Horumon near Yushima Station. It's also close to Ueno-hirokoji and Okachimachi Stations! I heard it's run by someone who used to work at 《亀戸ホルモン》, so I visited with high expectations😊 They had a great selection of horumon. We tried the sauce, miso, and salt versions, and they were all springy and delicious! They went perfectly with ice-cold beer🍺 The heart sashimi was fresh too✨ This is their 2nd location, and apparently there's a main restaurant as well.

This is their 2nd restaurant in Yushima. The owner trained at a certain famous horumon restaurant in Kameari and opened a place in Yushima over 10 years ago! Today we visited the long-awaited 2nd location. First of all, I was delighted by the owner and staff's service, with their thoughtful attention to details from the customer's perspective. The freshness is just what you'd expect! Freshly sliced salted tongue Springy offal The meatiness of harami It had been a while since I last had 丸チョウホルモン, and I could feel the owner's passion for carrying on its traditional flavors in Ueno Yushima! I didn't know this was their second location!! The horumon is fresh. Everything is delicious. The interior is clean, and the staff are really kind. It's not just the horumon—the kimchi and other dishes are excellent too. The horumon and marucho are great, of course, and the sesame-and-salt liver is wonderfully seasoned with just the right salt and the aroma of sesame oil. So delicious. My favorite❤️
