ラーメン大盛りにしたら写真の通り汁が少なすぎてエビの香りがするスープが絡むほどなく、、、ひたすらうっすい味の麺を啜る事になるので大盛りにはしないほうがいいかも。 餃子は裏が焦げるほど焼いてるのに常温。取り置きしたの出す店は初めてや。 なお、小さめで業務スーパーの餃子みたいに肉の味はしない。 値段を考えると、リピートして食べたい質ではないかなと。 エビ風味が好きな人には良いかもしれない。 そんなに美味しいわけではないが、、、、。 リピートはしないと思う。

エビ塩を注文したら、味噌がおすすめと言われ味噌に。風味はいいけど豚骨が薄めだったなぁ。大将は親切丁寧だけどね。豚骨濃いめにした方がいいかも。餃子は普通。
