Food proportions are huge! Good value for the money. Draft beer is cheap too. Pretty extensive menu, many choices!

Even though I dislike aji fry, I really enjoyed it without noticing any fishiness. The shogayaki was delicious too, with no porky smell at all. Overall, the flavors were wonderful. Considering the price, I expected a small portion, but I was surprised by how much food there was for the money. Thank you for the meal.

I came to work nearby but had trouble finding somewhere for lunch, so I ended up putting my car in a parking lot and visiting here. Like a diner in an old downtown neighborhood, it did not feel particularly clean. Omurice seems to be their specialty, but this time I ordered something like a lunch special. The portion was generous and the taste average, neither good nor bad. If I get another chance to visit, I would like to try the omurice.

There were two lunch specials, curry rice with a croquette and ２ pieces of aji fry, and I chose the aji fry. Freshly fried, crispy, and delicious, with plenty of rice, so it fills you up quite well. Big eaters might prefer a large serving!

The nostalgic interior gives you a sense of relief, as though you have returned to your family home. The menu is extensive, and the portions feel as though an extra dish has been added, making them very satisfying. However, that is reflected in the prices, so they seem a little high. The daily set meal is particularly popular and apparently often sells out. You can tell just by looking that the food is carefully prepared, and it has a comforting flavor. I felt this was a set-meal restaurant where you could take your time enjoying delicious home cooking. Personally, I was a little disappointed that there was no soap at the handwashing area.
