It’s just 30 seconds away from Tokyo Sakura Trum Minowa station. Dumplings and Nikomi, which boils triple long hours, are tasty. Minowa is a cool town.

A winning hole-in-the-wall gyoza shop (4 bar seats) with the loveliest older couple running it. We struggled through google translator conversations on both sides, as they wanted to know how long we’d been in Japan, and where we were from. The wife even popped out briefly and bought our kids popcorn and pokey sticks as a gift! Super light and fresh pork & vegetable gyozas. If we could have read the Japanese menu, I am sure we would have ordered everything they had! A great little local treasure.

I went there after seeing reviews saying it was a delicious gyoza shop in Minowa. 5 grilled gyoza for 350 yen, 5 boiled gyoza for 400 yen. It was hot and delicious, but there was nothing particularly special about it, it was just a normal gyoza. Maybe my expectations were too high💦

It was a bit early for dinner, but the shop was open so I stopped by. The simple gyoza is delicious! I was able to enjoy the bliss of beer and delicious gyoza after a public bath.
