I was going to visit you several times, but when I saw that they were cleaning their roasters on the streets (public roads) during the weekend, I doubted the social perspective and hygiene. Also I thought they have no respects for the locals and society.

I was lucky to get a same-day reservation on Saturday. Customers kept coming in, confirming how popular it is. There were all kinds of guests: solo diners, couples, and families. I had not mentioned it when booking, but perhaps after noticing the maternity badge on my bag, the staff immediately offered thoughtful accommodations, such as cooking only my meat thoroughly and explaining everything clearly, which reassured me. Their wonderful consideration made for a very pleasant visit. I cannot drink alcohol right now, but they did not push drinks and promptly provided tea and water, among many touches that made me want to return. We had a course this time, and everything was truly delicious! I got the impression that many customers came to enjoy the restaurant's meat and individual dishes rather than to drink heavily. They apparently serve lunch too, so I would like to try that next. The Beef Stew was truly outstanding. There was 1 issue: I could see the ceiling ventilation fan in the restroom mirror, and it was covered in dust and very dirty, which bothered me, so I deducted ☆−1 for that alone. Also, our course did not include a finishing dish, so I ordered Reimen at the end. The menu said “Reimen or Sudachi Reimen,” and I ordered regular Reimen, but Sudachi Reimen arrived. The employee explained, “Half Reimen comes as Sudachi Reimen,” and although I thought, “But it says otherwise⋯,” it tasted good, so fine. Even so, it was a very good restaurant in atmosphere, flavor, and service! Thank you for the meal.

It had been quite a while since my last visit, but I really enjoyed the food. Last time was just after opening, and I had the impression they were hectic & strict about rules, but that is no longer the case at all. You can comfortably visit even with a baby. (There are many families.) I was also impressed that they still offer these prices in the current times. I will visit again.

I fully understood why this place is popular. All the meat I ate was fresh and delicious. The Beef Tongue, Tsubozuke Harami, Liver, and Hatsu were especially good. The person who seemed to be the floor manager also explained how to grill the meat and provided courteous service. I would like to visit regularly.
