Lunch was served until 15:00, so I entered around 14:10. There were no customers at the counter seats on the １st floor. I ordered lunch, and when I tried it, the vegetables were almost raw. I was surprised by how hard the carrots were. The worst part was the pork belly. It smelled like expired meat. Despite being covered in lots of Hoikoro sauce, the smell was so strong I could not eat it. The price is cheap at 950円, but... it is hard to accept

A Chinese restaurant in front of Nishi-Nippori Station. I went for lunch. Lunch at 950円 might be cheap‼️I ordered the Ebi Chili Set Meal. The shrimp were springy and delicious. The sauce had a strong flavor. There were counter seats.

This is a Chinese restaurant. As is common at Chinese restaurants, the lunch menu has an incredible number of options. This time I ordered some kind of stir-fried eggplant. As its dark appearance suggests, the flavor was strong and really kept the rice going. Taking a little break, I looked into the small side bowl and—oh? Is that Mapo Tofu? What I reached for as a palate break was Mapo Tofu substantial enough to rival a main dish. I thought, never mind, and ate it—spicy! I ate rice to distract myself, but it was still spicy. So spicy I could not taste anything… I carried on eating somehow, but once you try the Mapo Tofu in the small bowl, you can no longer taste the main dish. If you handle spice well, no problem, but if you do not, I recommend leaving it until last. Also… smoking is allowed even at lunchtime, so it is tough for non-smokers.

2023/09/21 I was looking for Chinese food in Nishi-Nippori and visited for lunch! A set meal for 850円! Cheap✨ We had the Ebi Chili Set Meal and Pork Kakuni Set Meal🦐 They look a little different from the photos. The Ebi Chili is on the sweet side, and the Pork Kakuni has a very strong star anise aroma😋 The portions are generous too, so I think it is good value❣️
