Yummy soba restaurant. It was full for lunch a few minutes it opened at 11:30, mostly locals. Good place to stop before exploding Yanaka with its many shops, temples and shrines. Pretty good soba, both hot and cold. English menu available upon request. Various toppings. Free (cold) tea and friendly staff.
View on GoogleAlways busy Great so noodle. Made a buckwheat. Very small portion I need extra portion for additional$. Temporary is great light crunchy texture. At the end of the meal, the waitress will bring you a pot of the leftover boiled hot water, for your information you add in your leftover soba TSUYU- dipping sauce and drink it. It contains lots of vitamin minerals.
View on GoogleGreat cold soba! They have an English menu if you can read Japanese 😇
View on GoogleFood here are just fine but the price is doubled of those same things from Ueno station. If you feel hungry, go take train to Ueno (2 stations away). I ordered a duck soup soba and a soba tempura set. They costed me 3300 yen. Make your own judgement by the attached photos. I would say, not worth it. Duck soup soba: 4 small slices of meat, not tender, soup is a bit tasteless - 1500 Tempura soba set: one shrimp, one slice of carrot, one quarter of green pepper, soba... normal - 1800 Also, the waitress was not friendly at all, bad mood all the time and the serving speed was slow too. Kinda waited 20mins after ordered (All tables were served). Environment is okish, all table seats. The alcohol table cleaning spray smell is bad, smell like chlorine.
