Reservation only. Perhaps they use a special flour, but the batter is chewy with a crisp surface and delicious. The monja isn't the kind where you build a barrier, so you can make a nice, even crispy senbei layer. There are no tatami mats, but the seating is Japanese floor-seating style, so it feels relaxing.
